The Masai Mara is an animal paradise: Here lives lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, wildebeest, rhinos, cocodils, spoonbills, Thomson gazelles and hippos. Among the lesser-known species are zebra mongooses, baboons, warthogs, servals, hyenas, bush babies (Galagos) and 400 species of birds.
